Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to customers.

Shopify processes certain store and transaction information according to its own terms and privacy practices. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by KASHIWA TRADING.

2. Customer Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

KASHIWA TRADING sells new and pre-owned products, including video games, consoles, electronics, mobile phones and parts, automotive parts, accessories, collectibles, and other Japanese goods.

Pre-owned products may show signs of age or use, including:

• Packaging damage

• Dust or minor cosmetic marks

We make reasonable efforts to describe each item accurately and provide representative photographs. The photographs form part of the product description.

4. Automotive and Electronic Parts

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing automotive parts, electronic parts, mobile phone parts, and other components.

Installation should be performed by a qualified professional. KASHIWA TRADING is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect compatibility, modification, programming, disassembly, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

Installation costs, diagnostic fees, labor charges, programming fees, towing expenses, and other indirect expenses are not included in any product refund unless required by applicable law.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Because some products are unique, pre-owned, or sold through multiple sales channels, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed.

If an ordered item is unavailable, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund to the original payment method. We are not responsible for additional costs caused by an unavailable or cancelled item.

Product prices may be displayed in your selected currency. Currency conversion amounts may be estimates provided by Shopify or a payment provider.

The final amount charged may vary because of:

11. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, we may deduct the following from any refund:
